A Step Back in Time

I fell in love with Dornes as soon as I set eyes upon it - there was just one problem. I was buying a beautiful ruin that was beyond recovery. I found a wonderful team of Architects and Builders who shared my enthusiasm for recreating a replica of the ruin that had stood empty for so many years. We salvaged as much as we could and incorporated the Schist Stone and Timber Beams into the building that stands today. Here are just a few images of the ruin - the old bicycle now takes pride of place beneath the Pomegranate Tree.  ENJOY!
